All items are shipped per your order. Shipping fees vary depending upon which type of product you purchase, the quantities ordered, and the shipping location. When checking out, you will be able to determine the shipping costs. During certain promotion periods, the shipping costs will be paid by Shuella.
You may return new, unused rain boots fulfilled by Shuella within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange for a different size. We do not exchange items for a different color, unless the color we shipped to you was not what you ordered. Returns and exchanges must be returned to us in zippered pouch. Shuella will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for return or credit. If your shipping your Shuellas to us for an exchange, please include a check for $6.00 for return shipping back to you and we'll gladly ship you a different size. Be sure to tell us what size you want to exchange for and give us your shipping address once again. If you purchased any Shuella products from a retail location, you must return or exchange that item with that specific retailer.
